Frequency, frequency hygiene one must maintain their frequency and claim ownership of their frequency. Clear it on a regular basis, nourish it on a regular basis. This is an extension of you and your human being. It extends from your human body on all sides 5 feet around you. It filters through information and acts as a channel to the cosmos. 

Information comes in and it goes out through this system. You are largely unaware when you have an “aha moment” or a message comes through, it was first filtered through your energetic system, and made its way to your mind for understanding; and more importantly acknowledgment. Some of this information should be acted upon based on choice and free will, this is an acknowledgment. Other information you can just speak out loud or to yourself “I acknowledge the information I have received.” This is your path forward. Your frequency also informs what paths you have available for you to choose from, more on this in the future. 

But understand for now, you must nourish your frequency. Clear it and care for it. This means turning inward and picking up on the subtle cues or the loud shouts from your body and mind.
