I'm an out-of-network provider, which means I don't bill insurance directly. However, many clients are able to get partial or full reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. I can provide you with a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance. Sliding scale is also offered.

Please contact your insurance company to ask about your benefits:

• how much they reimburse for code 90837 outpatient mental health counseling 

• your process to submit for reimbursement

• If the number of your allowed visits is limited. 

I also accept private pay for therapy.

Coaching or soul-level energy healing service cannot be billed to insurance as it is not a mental health service.

Once a appointment is set up. I will send you paperwork to fill out at least 24 hours prior to the session. This includes info such as why you are seeking counseling, past counseling experience. (Paperwork is sent via Simple Practice and is HIPAA compliant) .

If you are setting up a consult for soul work or energy healing the intake questions will not be so clinical, but rather be more focused on your goals.

I will also collect demographic information and payment details. You may wait to put a credit card on file until after the consultation. It must be on file prior to your first session with me.

During our consultation we will discuss your goals for therapy or energy healing/soul work. I will also ask you questions to make sure we are a good match.

Should I feel like we are not a good match. I will provide you with referrals based on your goals.

Integrative therapy is for you if you're beginning your healing journey or want support through life’s challenges using a structured, therapeutic approach with an introduction to trusting your own intuition.

Soul-level energy healing is intuitive, spiritual.  It’s for those ready to connect deeply with their inner wisdom and explore healing on a soul level.

They’re often called the “library of your soul”—a space of divine memory, love, and guidance. Every session is different, but always gentle, grounded, and filled with compassion.

For Integrative therapy, often, I recommend weekly to bi-weekly to start. Then discuss spacing out appointments as you grow and heal.

For intuitive coaching and soul-level energy healing this will be based your goals or package that you chose. I will also tailor a package for your highest healing good.

Yes, I have found that they both are effective in-person or virtual.

There is a free lot behind the building with plenty of parking. A glass door will open to the lobby, then proceed to the second floor.

Take the stairs or elevator up to the second floor. Either choice will drop you off in a sparsely furnished waiting room (black chairs, table, office doors, and restrooms). 

I will greet you at your appointment time and we’ll move into my sanctuary of an office where you will meet Indigo. You are invited to get a comfy blanket and make yourself at home. I do the same.
