What is a Energy Block Release?
Energy block release is a hands-off intention-based energy healing that works within 12 different channels of energy that may be affecting your energy system and overall well-being. We work by removing beliefs or helping stuck emotions move through your system. We do this within the Akashic records, the library of your beliefs from your current life and past/parallel lives. It is important that we address beliefs or energies that are stuck or stagnant energy in your energy field because our beliefs literally shape the way that we experience reality. Stuck or stagnant emotions contribute to thoughts that hold those negative or maladaptive beliefs in place, making it hard to integrate new, more adaptive beliefs.
Notice how I don’t mention removing uncomfortable emotions. Those uncomfortable emotions don’t need to be removed; they are important to our system. We need emotions to point us in the right direction of where we need to heal. We humans have learned to stuff, ignore, and medicate away our emotions. They are actually our guides. Let’s begin to treat them as such.
Some of the energy channels we will address in an energy block release are energies from past or parallel lives, energy cords from relationships, energy hooks from situations or places, generational imprinted trauma energy, societal and cultural imprinted trauma energy (stuff from the collective in which we are all a part of).
One energy we will address in particular sounds scary: entities. This is energy that was created out of a trauma that has yet to be resolved. This type of energy hangs around because the trauma energy has not been cleared out of your system yet. Once we clear that energy, the entity energy has nothing to keep it tied to your energy system, so it moves on with the help of your spirit guide team.
Above are just some of the energies that we address, but not all twelve. Once we transmute all of the energies that are ready to be released, we will install new, more adaptive beliefs that will serve you moving forward. The new beliefs will be stored with your Akashic records, so all versions of yourself, past/parallel, have access to this new information. In addition, your work also affects the collective energies that you are a part of.
I want to be clear. This work needs to be done, whether it is with me, with another professional, or on your own; not because you are broken in any way (aha, pesky belief, I see you!). It’s because we are all waking up to the idea that we are all divine beings at our core and thus creating a new reality to live in that is more peaceful and harmonious. In order to do that, we must shed old beliefs and move through emotion energies that are holding us back from fully seeing who we really are at our core.
