That which is from the heart is the highest and best good for those who will hear to listen to this message of love and surrender. Those who hear surrender may be up in arms because they do not want to lose control or their wits about them. It is not about control. Those who are stuck in control energy, hear stuck, are not in the moment. The moment is the only place where you have “control”, dear one. The only place that you can truly meet yourself and know yourself, dear one. We call you dear one because you are dear to us. But, are you dear to yourself?

Finding yourself and meeting yourself is your assignment this month. Sitting with yourself and going inward however you may see fit. You may pray the rosary or put on your favorite music. Close your eyes and imagine a portal opening up where your heart chakra is located. Imagine floating through this portal to a beautiful place where you can meet the real, true, authentic self. Here you may speak to yourself. Ask for messages and guidance. Write down the thoughts, words, images, and knowings that come to you from your energy field. These may come in the moment or later in the day or days as the energy and messages are processed for you by your energy field. Holding the intention the entire time that the highest and best guidance may come through for you.

January is all about meeting your authentic self and being in tune with their messages for you, as this is your internal guidance system, and you shall continue to make friends with this system. Some of you may fear it, as you do not know it or understand it, perhaps you do not wish to hear what it has to say. We ask you to stay curious in your knowing. Thats is all for now.
